Feb. 13th or 14th -- The Written Proposal and Pitch

The Agenda & Assignment

OBJECTIVE: 
Create and revise a Written proposal in order to post your approved proposal and film your pitch. 

BELLWORK: Write down the objective. What 2 things do you need to complete in order to get your written proposal approved? AND what is the
difference between your #PVhasPassion project  and you #PVhasPassion product!



Today's Assignments


1. Check Student Vue to see if your proposal has been approved. If it has Upload it to your blog page titled PROPOSAL and begin working on your pitch (Due Monday 2/13). IF it has not been approved, rework the proposal. I can help you with this if you wish.

2. Write 2- 5 questions regarding MLA requirements/formatting and 3 questions about what an Elevator Pitch is. Complete research on these two topics, finding answers to your questions.

3. After -your research, complete an introduction blog post about your project and about your product. Consider this a post summary using your APPROVED proposal. The Reflection posts should follow the following format:
  • 2 SUBSTANTIAL PARAGRAPHS with a post title 
  • What were your questions for this week? What was learned as the questions were answered? 
  • What kinds of things inspired you online this week? 
  • Includes a significant reflection on the information you found during your research. 
  • Notes plans and questions for next week and your project and produce
  •  Include a related image posted without infringing on anyone’s copyright.
  • MLA formatted in-text citations and MLA formatted works cited at end of the post. 
4. Film and the upload your ELEVATOR pitch video
6. We may read a little bit if time permits. You should read chapters 5-6 on Wed. And begin your DYSTOPIAN-inspired Creative piece which is due on FRIDAY!!
